  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • For Cancellations: You may cancel your order and request a refund within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order is likely already in processing and cannot be canceled or refunded at that stage.
  • For Returns: If you’ve received your order but wish to return it, the product must be:
    • Unused and in its original packaging
    • In the same condition as you received it
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

All return and refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  1. How to Request a Refund

Before sending anything back, please contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate your return or refund request. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  1. Shipping Costs

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize.

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
  • If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will either:
    • Send you a replacement at no extra cost, or
    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method
  1. Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
  • All shipping fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
  1. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, refunds may take several business days to appear

  2. Contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
