We offer worldwide shipping from our international warehouse partners.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping – $4.95 (Insured)
  • Priority Shipping – $19.95 (Insured + Faster Delivery)

During checkout, you’ll be able to choose between Standard or Priority shipping based on your preference.

B. Address Changes
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all order details.

📌 Please check your order carefully:

  • If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours at [email protected] or via our Facebook or Instagram page.
  • After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes, as your order may already be in processing or shipped.

If your address cannot be verified, we’ll contact you by email or text. Delays may occur if we need to confirm or correct your shipping details.

  • Undeliverable items will be returned to our facility.
  • Customers will be contacted to provide an updated address.
  • Re-shipping charges will apply.

 

C. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Our warehouse is closed on weekends.

Processing Times:

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
  • Orders placed on Fridays or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Partners:

  • Domestic U.S. orders: Shipped via First Mile (APO/FPO/DPO orders are sent via USPS).
  • International orders: Shipped via DHL, FedEx, or USPS, depending on location and package size.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–12 business days after leaving the warehouse
    (subject to local customs and carrier processing)

📦 Customs & Duties
International customers may be required to pay duties or tariffs upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country’s customs department and are the customer’s responsibility.
